Rib-Eye Steak

Not just a Steak… This is the Rib Eye Steak (not sure why the Loin got the Knighthood?). The gelatinous fats soften during cooking and add a delicious flavour to the meat.

All of our steaks are from Grass Fed, dry aged beef. Season and frill to perfection.
