Kaserai  Champignon is a family-owned company, with more than 100 years of cheese-making experience. It sources milk from cows that graze on the rolling grasslands of the Allgau region of southern Bavaria and combines it with cream, to make a decadent cheese.

Rich, buttery and mild musty notes from the grey rind. It is best paired with a glass of Mosel Riesling
