Epoisses

Epoisses is a soft cow's milk cheese produced in the village of Epoisses , France.

The  cheese has a creamy, chewy, firm texture and a pungent aroma. Washed in Marc de Bourgogne , the taste is sweet, spicy and salty.

Pairs well with a Trappist beer or Sauternes.
