Comte is made from unpasterized cows milk from the Jura Massif Region of Eastern France. This hard mountain cheese is matured to perfection in the darkness of caves, where the cheese gets it's unique taste, texture and colour. Expect fruity, nutty and sweet aromatic flavours.
