The Bavette Steak is from the family of 'Skirt' steak and is often known as a 'Flank' steak. A loose grain steak that is full of flavour and suits well the grill or the BBQ. The Bavette brings all of the flavour, so needs very little added. That said, it also lends itself to a host of meat rubs and seasonings for those who like a little bit more.
