TERMS & CONDITIONS

 A Meat London Course voucher entitles one person to attend one course to the value of the voucher, to be booked in advance, subject to availability.

 Course vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for goods or cash.

 Course vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, as marked on the voucher. The bearer of the voucher must book a course prior to the expiry of the voucher. The course may take place after the expiry date of the voucher.

 Participants on Meat London Courses use the same tools and equipment as our professional Team. All delegates participate at their own risk and will be expected to wear the protective clothing provided and follow instructions from the course supervisor. Meat London Ltd reserves the right to halt any course, or remove any participant who fails to follow instruction to the detriment of themselves or others. Meat London reserves the right to refuse the participation of any person to be considered under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

 Meat London provides all protective clothing, tools and equipment needed for our courses. Participants are asked to wear solid shoes for their own safety.

 Meat London courses are designed for people of all ages from 18yrs. (We do provide Children’s Sausage Making parties. For more information please speak to our Team at Meat N16)

 Our course calendar can be found on our website at www.meatlondon.co.uk/the-calender, where it is possible to enrol yourself onto an available course. We are also happy that you should call our shops where our Teams can give more information and help you book a date to suit you.

 Once a course is booked, we are happy to change dates with reasonable notice. We charge a fee of £20 for any course changed or cancelled within 48 hours of the booked date. Failure to attend a booked date without notice will render the voucher ‘used’. Vouchers are transferrable to a third party.

 If, for any reason, Meat London finds it necessary to postpone or cancel a course date, delegates will be notified at the earliest opportunity. In the event of a course being postponed or cancelled, participants will be offered the opportunity to re-book, at no cost to themselves, or obtain a full refund. If Meat London postpone or cancel a course date, usual rules concerning expiry dates will not apply.
